How much does an online shop cost in Albania?

What the market charges

Albanian studios that publish their prices put a basic shop at around €600 to €750. Agencies that build on custom platforms quote from several thousand euro up. Both numbers are honest; they are just not buying the same thing.

The question is not "how cheap", it is "how many products, how will people pay, and who keeps it updated".

What changes the price

Products. Twenty products with good photos is a small job; five hundred products with sizes and colours is a large one. Somebody has to enter every name, price and photo, and that is usually the biggest cost of all.

Payment. Cash on delivery costs nothing to set up, and it is still how most people here buy. Card payment needs a bank virtual POS, which Albanian banks charge to set up and which needs a registered business behind it.

Delivery. A shop that shows the delivery price for each city before checkout loses far fewer orders than one that says "we will call you".

The monthly costs nobody mentions

Some platforms charge a monthly fee forever, plus a percentage of every sale. Over three years that can cost more than the shop itself. Ask what you will pay every month from now on, and who owns the shop if you stop paying.

The other monthly cost is time: prices change, products run out, photos go stale. A shop nobody updates quietly stops selling.

What we charge

Our online shop is €590: up to 50 products entered by us, photo, price and description for each, delivery prices for your cities, cash on delivery, a search box that finds "bojler" even without the ë, and no monthly platform fee.
