Questions people ask
How much does a chatbot for a website cost?
Two ways. A chat without AI is €150 once: it answers the questions we write with you, in your languages, and sends ready customers to WhatsApp, with no monthly fee. An AI chatbot is €290 to set up and €29 a month: it understands any question in any language, answers from your information, and we keep it updated. AI use up to 1,000 conversations a month is included.
Can it make up prices or wrong answers?
It answers only from the information you give us. If a question is not covered, it says so and passes the customer to you on WhatsApp instead of guessing.
Does it work on my existing website?
Yes. We add it to almost any website with a small piece of code, or build it into the site we make for you.
Which languages does it speak?
The AI chatbot replies in the language the customer writes in. The chat without AI answers in the languages we write it in, usually Albanian and English.
Do I pay before it works?
No. As with everything we build, you try it on your own site first and pay when you are happy with it.
