What the market publishes
At the cheap end, from about €160 to €480, you find WordPress builds: a bought theme, your text poured into it, hosting rented monthly, often €16 to €45 a month on top. It exists, it works, and it looks like the other two hundred sites using the same theme.
In the middle, roughly €199 to €790, you get something shaped around your business, usually still on WordPress, sometimes hand-built.
At the agency end, published ranges reach €1,200 to €3,500 for a business site, and agencies here also sell monthly packages between €200 and €1,800 a month. That money buys planning, meetings, a team, and an office you are helping to pay for.
What actually changes the price
The number of pages matters less than people think. What costs money is everything that is different about your business: the products, the photos, the languages, whether people can buy or book, and whether somebody keeps it alive afterwards.
A shop with 50 products, prices and delivery costs is a different job from five pages about a service. Two languages is more work than one. Real photographs cost a day of somebody's time. A site nobody updates is cheap and becomes worthless.
The hidden costs nobody mentions
The domain, which should be registered in your name and not the agency's. Hosting, which for a normal business site can be free on modern platforms. The monthly platform fee that some builders charge forever. And the cost of a site so slow that people leave before it opens.
Ask three questions before you pay anybody: is the domain in my name, what happens if I leave you, and what do I pay every month from now on.
What we charge
A website is €290 and an online shop €590, both including your domain in your name, Albanian and English, and no monthly platform fee. Running your Google profile and social media afterwards starts at €150 a month, and you can stop at the end of any month.
We are cheaper than the agencies because we are small, we do not have an office to pay for, and we built our own businesses first — a supply shop, rental apartments and a clothing brand — so we already know what a business site has to do.
