Short version: this site uses no cookies, has no accounts and stores nothing you type. If you write to us, we use your message only to reply and to do the work you ask for.
Who we are
Azoth is a web and brand studio in Tirana, Albania. We decide how the information on this page is used. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +355 68 377 7157.
What this site collects
Visitor counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics tells us how many people open which pages. It uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, and it does not follow you to other sites. It records the page you opened, the site you came from, your browser, device type and country, and how fast the page loaded. It does not tell us who you are.
Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare. Like every web server, Cloudflare uses your IP address to send you the pages and to protect the site from attacks.
No cookies. azoth.al sets no cookies at all, which is why there is no cookie banner.
The chat and the search run inside your browser. Your questions are not sent to us or to anyone else. Only when you press the WhatsApp button does your question go to WhatsApp, as a message you choose to send.
The free tools. The QR code maker draws the code in your browser and sends nothing. The website check opens Google PageSpeed Insights in a new window with the address you typed; Google’s privacy policy applies there.
The forms on our homepage send nothing to us. They write a WhatsApp message for you, and you decide whether to send it.
When you write to us
Messages you send on WhatsApp or by email reach us through WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google). We use them to answer you, to prepare an offer and to do the work you ask for.
We don’t sell them, we don’t add you to mailing lists and we don’t pass them to anyone else. We keep them while we work together and delete them when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep something.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. We reply within one month, usually much sooner.
If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to Albania’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner or, if you live in the European Union, to the data protection authority in your country.
Websites we build for clients
When we build a website for you, the site and its domain are yours. If your site collects information from your own customers, such as bookings, orders or questions to a chatbot, we set it up with you and tell you exactly what it collects. You are responsible for your customers’ data, and we help you write your own privacy page.
